Hi, I'm TYLER
My fitness journey started when I was 18. I had terrible body confidence and always felt like the "fat friend." I never had the confidence to wear the clothes everyone else looked amazing in.
But when I got to the gym, I didn’t know where to start. I’d walk in, feel lost and overwhelmed, and without realizing it, this lack of direction meant I wasn’t making much progress. I’d spend hours doing random Instagram workouts or just walking on the treadmill because, let’s face it, who can mess that up, right?
Then I had a realization—it was my gym anxiety holding me back. I started researching how to overcome it, and most advice pointed to getting a personal trainer at the gym. But at that time, I was so anxious that the thought of having someone watch me while I trained felt like they’d be judging me. I couldn’t do it.
So instead, I turned to online coaching for a plan and support. That decision built my confidence in ways I never expected. I began to love the gym, and it sparked something in me. I wanted to help other women who struggle with gym anxiety like I did. So I took the plunge, booked my personal training course, and created Tyler Grace Coaching to do just that.
